The Challenge
Letshego is a Pan-African micro-finance business currently in 11 countries in Africa. The challenge was to cascade business and brand strategy across these countries while considering language barriers, cost and time.

The Brief
WinWin was commissioned (for 5 consecutive years) to develop an approach which allows in-country trainers to take the strategy to the business and communicate the key imperatives in a simple and easily understood format.

Our Solution
Each year, WinWin has developed a 5-day train-the-trainer programme which provides the selected champions with the skills they need to facilitate and communicate.
The programme design incorporates tools which have gamified content, making the session highly interactive and engaging. These tools include games, content, presentations, video and motion graphics, a mobile app and toolkits.

The Outcome
From 2014 to 2017, WinWin successfully developed a Brand and Culture rollout that helped leaders breakdown their strategy. We provided engaging tools that allowed them to better explain the organisation's aspiration to their direct reports.

Letshego’s last pillar focused on customer centricity and so, in 2018, WinWin developed a Mobilize, Execute and Deliver conference that had an Amazing Race approach. This allowed leaders to immerse themselves in 3 of their markets across the continent.

The conference required both traditional and digital tools. The agile approach was introduced in the form of a conference app which allowed leaders to engage and where they could conduct their entire immersive experience.
